Adding Toner - Click here to view a video showing you how to add toner to your machine.  This will take a little while to load depending on your connection speed.

ADF Jams - If papers are jamming in your document feeder, click here to view a video of the document feeder and how to correct the situation.  When you try to make copies again, this black arm should rotate and lay down on top of the papers you just put into the document feeder.  If this doesn't clear up your problems, please call us.

Paper Jams - If papers are jamming in your machine, click here to view a picture of the paper cassette dial in the paper cassettes.  The arrow is pointing to the place to where you should make sure that the dial is set to the correct type of paper you have in the cassette.  If this doesn't clear up your problems, please call us.

Streaks - If there are streaks going across your page horizontally, click here to view a video of the glass part of the copier.  The video is showing the reader glass to where if you would take some alcohol or windex and spray some on a paper towel, just clean this reader glass very well and that should take care of your problem.  If this doesn't clear up your problems, please call us.
